Welcome to Is The Weight Worthwhile? This blog is all about different exercise and diet regimens that promise big results if you just stick to the plan. But is it really worth the wait? Do those programs really give as big results as they promise?
This is what I know:
1. For an exercise program to promise big results, it must use a combination of cardio AND weight routines.
2. The exercise program must last at least 30 days.
3. The exercise program must have more than just 1 workout for those 30 days.
4. To really lose weight, you also have to balance your program with a sensible diet.
So I'll be choosing exercise programs, one at a time, and testing out how much they REALLY work. I'll follow the program exactly as they tell me to (this is going to be hard...), and check in a few times a week to update you on my progress. The sidebar will have information about how much I weigh, how tall I am, and etc. Enjoy!
